

Class of 2010 Graduates
CONGRATULATIONS!
On Saturday, June 5th, Cardinal Spellman High School held its forty-eighth commencement ceremony. The graduating class consisted of 336 young men and women. Reverend Trevor Nicholls, President of Cardinal Spellman High School, presided over the ceremony and welcomed everyone in attendance. Dr. Neil McCarthy, Principal of Cardinal Spellman High School, addressed the Class of 2010 reminding them that they will always be a part of the Spellman family. Stephen J. McGuinness, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cardinal Spellman High School and a 1977 alumnus, also addressed the graduates. Mr. McGuinness stressed the importance of truth, faith, family, and hard work in achieving success.
Student speakers were Laura Ayala, Valedictorian, and Natasha Culpepper, Salutatorian. The Cardinal Spellman Trophy was awarded to Qadry Harris and Renée Morrison. Owen Fetiza and Renée Wilson received the Spellman Spirit Award and the Spellman Alumni Award was given to André Brooks and Janell Salmon. The Seton-DeLaSalle Award was presented to Natasha Culpepper and Matthew Harrigan.
